Credits & Pricing
How do credits work?
What happens if a translation fails?
Are credits refunded if I cancel a job?
It depends on when you cancel the job:
- Pending jobs: If you cancel a job before it starts processing, you will receive a full credit refund.
- Processing jobs: If you cancel a job that is already being processed, credits will NOT be refunded because translation work has already been started and API costs have been incurred.
Note: Jobs that fail due to system errors are always automatically refunded regardless of their state.
Do credits expire?
